Cook with Aloha Challenge

By participating in the Cook with Aloha Challenge and submitting any content—including, but not limited to, recipes, photographs, videos, or written descriptions (collectively, “Content”)—you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights
You hereby grant Paia Spice Co., its affiliates, licensees, and assigns a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, and create derivative works of the submitted Content, in whole or in part, in any media format or platform now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes.

2. Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that:
•You are the sole creator and owner of the Content or have the full right and authority to grant the rights set forth herein.
•The Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
•Any individuals identifiable in the Content have given their consent to be included and for their likeness to be used by Paia Spice Co. under these terms.

3. No Compensation
You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation for the use of your submitted Content, except where otherwise specified as part of the contest prize(s).

4. Release of Liability
You release and discharge Paia Spice Co. from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content as permitted by this agreement.

5. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of Content to the Cook with Aloha Challenge constitutes your acceptance of these terms in full.
